Divine Pumkin Bundt Cake

This is purely heavenly!!!

  • 1 cup vegetable oil or canola oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 can (15oz. size ) pumpkin
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 1/2 cups white sugar
  • 2 1/2 cups white flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1 tsp ground allspice
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp ground cloves
  • 1/2 tsp salt
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease one 10 inch bundt or tube pan. Cream oil, eggs, pumpkin, and vanilla together.

Sift flour, sugar, baking soda, nutmeg, allspice, cinnamon, cloves, and salt together.Add the flour mixture to the pumpkin mixture and mix until just combined. Pour batter into prepared pan. 

Bake at 350 for 1 hour or until the toothpick comes out clean when inserted in the middle. Let cake cool in pan for 5 minutes then turn out onto plate. Let cool and then drizzle or smother in cream cheese frosting!



Cream Cheese Frosting
1 package cream cheese softened
1/2 cup butter softened
2 cups of powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla

Mix together until frosting consistency
