Lemon Sheet Cake

  • 1 package lemon cake mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 can 915 3/4 ounce) can lemon pie filling
Mix these three ingredients together until well blended. Spread onto a 15x10x1 cooking sheet. (regular size)
Bake @ 350 degrees for 18-20 minutes until toothpick comes out clean. Let cool

Cream Cheese Frosting
1 package cream cheese softened
1/2 cup butter softened
2 cups of powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla

Beat all ingredients together until smooth.
Spread over cake.
