Sheila's Strawberry Poppyseed Dressing

• ~1 1/2 cup sugar
• ~ 2  tsp salt
• ~2 tsp mustard
• ~2/3 cup o white vinegar
• ~2 cups olive oil
• ~2-3 tsp poppyseeds
• ~1 small jello box of strawberry or wild strawberry jello
• 
  
• Mix all ingredients well and serve over a delicious spinach salad!
