White Bean Chili



This is such a yummy recipe from my Aunt Cindy! I have made it for chili cook off and impressed a lot of people. But I do suggest to use less red pepper if you don't like a really spicy recipe, because this is spicy!

*1 large onion
*1/4 cup of butter
*4 chicken bouillon cubes
*1 tsp dried basil leaf
*2 tbsp red pepper ( I use one)
*4 cups cooked chicken (or more)
*2 tbsp cilantro
*1 tsp chili powder
*4 cans of Great Northern white beans
(for large group use 8 cans, but keep other ingredients the same)

Melt butter and saute' onions, Put all ingredients in a large crock pot and cook all day on low!
Best served with tortilla chips, sour cream, and topped with cheese!!
