Frozen Berry Muffins

~ 1- 1 1/2 cups berries (strawberry or blueberry. Although I have used Blackberries too)
~3 cups flour ( I use 1/2 wheat and 1/2 white for healthier version)
~1/2 cup sugar
~1 tbsp baking powder
~1/2 cup brown sugar
~ 1/2 cup melted butter
~ 3 large eggs
~ 1 cup milk

Mix dry ingredients into a bowl. Add milk, eggs, butter to dry ingredients. Gently fold in berries. You want your batter to be slightly lumpy. Mixed, but not smooth.

Bake @ 400 degrees for 18-20min.
