~1 box lemon poppyseed cake mix
~1 cup boiling water
~1/2 cup oil
~1 small box instant vanilla pudding
~4 eggs
~1/3 cup poppy seeds
Preheat oven to 425. Mix all ingredients together. Stir well. Fill muffin cups about half way full. Bake at 425 for 15 minutes. Makes approx. 2 dozen muffins
