*1 large bottle Soy Sauce
*3 tbsp brown sugar(or more)
*1 tbsp minced garlic
*1 tbsp ginger
*lots of chicken(bone in or out)
Put all in crock pot and cook all day on low. The meat falls right off the bone and is great served over steamed rice with freshly steamed vegetables.
