~5-6 chicken breasts (boiled and chopped up. You can add more chicken if you like)
~ 1 large can mild green enchilada sauce
~ 1 small can green chiles
~ 1 bottle of salsa
~ 1 cube of cream cheese
~ 1 package flour tortillas (any size)
~ Lots of Colby jack grated cheese

~ Lots of Colby jack grated cheese
Cook chicken. Cube up cream cheese. Mix cream cheese and chicken until blended. Add half the bottle of salsa. Add half the can of green sauce. Add green Chiles. Mix all together thoroughly. Place as much mixture as you like in flour tortillas. Roll up tortillas, place the seam side down in glass casserole pan. In separate bowl mix the rest of the green sauce and salsa. When all flour tortillas are filled pour green sauce mixture over top of tortillas, spred evenly. Top with grated cheese. Bake at 375-400 for 30-35 mintues. Or until insides are hot!!
Serve with sourcream and fresh shredde lettuce!!
