White Chocolate Macadamia Cookies

This is my all time favorite cookie. I try not to make it to often, cause I usually end up eating the whole batch myself!

*2 cups flour
*1 tsp baking soda
*1 egg
*1 cup softened butter or margarine
*3/4 cup packed brown sugar
*3/4 cup granulated sugar
*1 tsp vanilla
*1/2 tsp salt
*1- 10 ounce pckg white chocolate chips
*1/2 cup Macadamia nuts
*1/2 cup coconut (opt. but I always add)

Preheat oven to 375. Mix flour, baking soda, and salt together. Set aside. Beat in separate bowl- butter, sugars, and egg until fluffy. Stir in the dry ingredients and then blend in vanilla. Next, gently stir in the white chips, nuts, and coconut. Drop by rounded tablespoon full onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.

Then horde and enjoy!HAHAHA!

I have a recipe similiar to that except there is like a Tbsp of grated orange peel in it. DIVINE! I make them every Christmas season so I know I have to give them away instead of hoarding them. I love white chocolate anything.
