Lemon poppyseed Cake


This is one of my favorite desserts to make. It not only tastes good and is easy to make, but it looks so fancy too!





*1 lemon cake mix
*1 cup water
*1/3 cup oil
*3 eggs
*3 tbsp poppyseeds

Grease and flour a Bundt pan.(well) Combine all cake ingredients until moist. Beat 2 minutes at high speed. Bake at 350 for 35-35 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool upright for 25 minutes, invert on a plate. Glaze when cooled completely.

GLAZE:

*1 cup powdered sugar
*1 tbsp lemon juice
*1 tbsp milk
*(opt.) 2-3 drops of yellow food coloring.

I always double it and drizzle it over my cake. It is so good!!
