Casserole Funeral Potatoes


Of course I don't want to have to wait until somebody dies to eat this, so I make a dinner out of it! I sure do love these!

*1 1/2 bags of frozen (cubed) hashbrowns (defrosted)
*1 can cream of chicken soup
*1 1/2 cups of sour cream
*1/2 cup of grated cheese or more ( I always use more)
*1/2 cup melted margarine
*As much cubed ham as you would like
* Salt and pepper to taste

Mix all together. Put in 9x13 pan @ 350, covered, for 30 minutes. Uncover and add more cheese to the top of casserole. Bake uncovered til' melted!
